Refunds
All our products are exempt from being returned unless it is damaged or misplaced before reaching the customer.
The customers are requested to create a video of unpacking the parcel. In case of a damaged product, the customer must raise a request to return within 2 days of receipt of item and the product should be returned to us in original packaging, and in unused condition.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@rickagauba.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
All orders (customized or standard sizes) can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order. You can cancel the order by emailing us your order no. and request for cancellation at support@rickagauba.com
Parcels Damaged Or Lost In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
4.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
